Visit the famous Santuario del Bambino Gesù di Praga (Infant Jesus of Prague Sanctuary) on a scenic hill.
Built in 1905 by the Discalced Carmelites in the Renaissance style in the shape of a Latin cross,
it was expanded in the 1970s following an increasing flow of worshippers.
The façade, featuring a large rose window, was created using marbles of different colours.
A significant number of votive offerings are displayed inside, together with various pieces of pottery by Angelo Biancini,
sculptures by Guido Galletti depicting San Joseph and the Virgin Mary,
as well as a majolica crib by Eliseo Salino, showing different scenes from the life of Mary.
Popular among pilgrims from all over the world, it is one of the most important religious sites in Liguria.
